The first step in designing your new home is to contact Dick Busch Architects to set up a meeting. In this no charge initial meeting, your goals for the design of your new home will be discussed. Following this meeting we will send you a proposal which will outline the services we can provide.

Then, design sketches of your floor plans will be created based on your thoughts from the initial meeting combined with the creativity of our firm.

Next, we will get together again to review the floor plan design, and once approved, we will produce design drawings or renderings for the exterior elevations of your home.

Then, upon approval of the newly designed floor plans and exterior elevations, our staff will begin working on the construction documents for your project. In this important stage of production, Dick Busch Architects will add all of the pertinent information to the drawings, necessary to obtain a building permit and allow your builder to construct your new home. Our firm uses the latest technology for this construction documentation phase to ensure the highest level of precision and accuracy is attained on every project.
